Physician Associates of Jacksonville provides adult medical - Internal Medicine services to the residents of North East Florida. Adults aged 18 and beyond can benefit from our comprehensive medical services. Our Physicians have over two decades of experience, board certified in Internal Medicine and a Fellow of American College of Physicians.

We provide a comprehensive spectrum of medical care at all levels of medical necessity. In the Office, we are your 'Primary Care Physician’, who can coordinate all your complex care for the entire life span. Our focus is on health maintenance & promotion, education and treatment of all the common medical ailments.

At the participating Hospitals (Baptist Medical Center, St.Vincents Medical Center and Specialty Hospital), we are your ‘Hospitalist’, providing the expert acute medical needs around the clock and serving as Consultants to our colleagues of other specialty.

In the skilled nursing facilities (Jacksonville Nursing & Rehab and Macclenny Nursing & Rehab), we are your ‘Rehabilitation Doctor’. Here we coordinate the recovery needs from a serious illness, working with nursing staff, physical, occupational and speech therapy as needed.
